All cash tournaments are paid out with PayPal only, as stated on every tournament description. Paypal will take a small percentage of the prize money (typically around 2-4%), but we use it for convenience. After 24 hours of filling out this form your prize will be sent. After 3 months of an event prize claims are only redeemable for 50% of the prizes, after 6 months they are nulled. If you win over $600 you must enter your SSN for tax purposes.
